Photobros Booking Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Photobros! By booking with us, you agree to the following:
Billing & Payment
First-time clients must pay a $25 deposit when booking.
Full payment is required before image delivery.
Pay online or via Interac e-Transfer to
[email protected] and notify us upon payment.
Travel Fees
Additional fees may apply for remote locations. Enter the address when booking to calculate or contact us.
Package Limits
Plus and Pro Packages for condos apply only to suites under 1,500 sq. ft.
Turnaround Time
Photos: 24 hours
Videos & Other Media: 24-48 hours
We aim for these timeframes but cannot guarantee them.
Additional Fees
Clients cover parking/valet fees (up to $15). Receipts provided upon request.
Hosting Fees
Matterport 3D Tours: Free for 2 months, then $10/month.
Photo galleries, videos, 360 views, & property sites: Free for 1 year. Extensions: $30/6 months.
Cancellations
Free if canceled 24+ hours in advance.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours) incur a $25 fee.
School Info Disclaimer
School info is from a third party and should be verified before display.
Licensing
Photos are for MLS listings & professional self-promotion only.
Reselling or gifting is prohibited. Additional fees apply for other uses.
Late Payments
Overdue invoices may incur 1.5% monthly interest.
Unpaid invoices after 60 days may be sent to collections at the client’s expense.
Refund Policy
No refunds. We offer re-editing if you're unsatisfied.
Use of Subcontractors
We may use independent contractors for services.
Accuracy Disclaimer
We aim for accuracy but are not responsible for slight color variations or floor plan differences.
Property Preparation
Clients, agents, or homeowners must ensure the property is clean and ready before the photographer arrives.
Liability
Photobros is not liable for indirect damages, losses, or data issues.
Clients agree to indemnify Photobros and its contractors from any claims.
